Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Cask Immaculata Bourbon Whiskey is Preservation Distillery’s limited Bardstown blend of Kentucky and Indiana casks from eight to fifteen years, built on a 15-year Kentucky base, then bottled unfiltered at 118.1 proof in 1-to-3 barrel lots so pitted fruit, cacao, and leather stay thick. Keep it for cold weather.
Caramel and dark fruit lead, with cacao and leather filling an oily, warming sip. Cinnamon and clove stand out on the palate. Mature oak hangs on a long, dry finish.
