Watershed Bourbon Whiskey OWS Barrel Pick

Watershed Bourbon Whiskey OWS Barrel Pick is a single cask of Columbus, Ohio bourbon selected by Orlando Whiskey Society from Watershed Distillery’s barrel program — one charred-oak cask, bottled for that club rather than blended into the house straight bourbon. Open it with friends.

A Watershed single barrel is built for new-char sweetness and high-rye spice from one cask, so caramel and vanilla come from the wood, rye spice from the mash, and a full sip because the whiskey was not vatted across the warehouse. This bottle is that program with Orlando Whiskey Society’s name on the selection.
