Wild Turkey Master’s Keep 17 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the 2015 inaugural Master's Keep: 17-year bourbon Eddie Russell moved between cooler brick and stone rickhouses and hotter wood warehouses so caramel and vanilla survived the extra years. Barrels went in at 107 proof and came out near 89; the whiskey is bottled at 86.8 proof (43.4% ABV). Let it sit after the plates are cleared.
