Horse Soldier Barrel Strength Bourbon Whiskey

Horse Soldier Barrel Strength Bourbon Whiskey is the uncut wheated expression from American Freedom Distillery's Special Forces founders: 70% yellow dent corn, 20% red winter wheat, 10% malted barley, eight years in new charred American oak, bottled without chill filtration so the wheat softness stays full-bodied. Batches typically land around 113 proof. Use it in a spirit-forward cocktail.

Butterscotch, toffee, and ginger lead, with dark stone fruit and caramel underneath. The sip is rich and warming: cinnamon, cashew, and spiced raisin, then sweet oak. The finish is long, with toasted oak, pepper, and a little dark chocolate.
