Allocated Single Barrel comes from Forward/Slash, the boutique distillery and blending house in historic Winter Park — minutes from Big C Liquors. Tim Bradstreet and Michael Buffa opened on Capen Avenue in 2023. They hand-select aged whiskey from independent distillers across the country and bottle it here, which is why a local shop can put a one-cask allocated bourbon on the shelf. This barrel was set aside for Big C: an elevated, store-only pick rather than a national blend.
