This multi-island Caribbean blend combines maturation in ex-bourbon oak with perpetual reserve rum, bringing together depth from across the region. The 2022 release is bottled at cask strength and remains additive free.
Cacao and raisin give the rum a dark, rounded opening. Coffee adds a roasted edge, while baking spice brings warmth and definition to the finish. At 109 proof (54.5% ABV), it has the strength to hold its character over a large cube without losing those deeper flavors.
