Cambio Añejo Tequila is a Los Altos, Jalisco añejo with cooked agave at its core. Butterscotch gives the palate a rich, familiar sweetness, while cinnamon brings a warm edge without obscuring the agave. It is easy to understand but not one-note, with enough contrast between sweetness and spice to keep each sip engaging.
Maturation in French oak barrels and Cognac casks adds another dimension to its profile. Dark chocolate settles into the finish, giving the sweeter notes a deeper close. Bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV), this tequila works well served neat or over a large cube.
