Casa Del Sol is rich and warmly rounded. Made from Blue Weber agave in the Jalisco Highlands, this tequila blends Añejo and Extra Añejo matured in French Limousin oak and XO Cognac barrels. Honey gives the profile a mellow sweetness, while dried fruit adds a darker, gently concentrated note.
Vanilla and soft oak sit together on the finish, providing a grounded counterpoint to the sweeter opening. Both oak treatments bring the two aged tequila styles into one bottling. At 80 proof (40% ABV), it can be poured neat to focus on its depth or served over a large cube for a cooler, slower drink. Casa Del Sol comes in a 720 mL bottle.
