Chattanooga Whiskey Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey 120 Proof

Chattanooga Whiskey Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey 120 Proof is one cask of straight bourbon from Chattanooga, bottled at 120 proof. A label approved in April 2025 under this name prints three mash-bill codes, 3004, 8005, and 3055. Chattanooga’s single-barrel bourbon is high malt, fermented for 7 days, and bottled unfiltered, so the char and the malt of that one cask stay in the glass. The distillery’s wider single-barrel series leaves each barrel at its own proof and its own recipe. This bottle is the one stated at 120.

Malt and sweetness lead, and the unfiltered cask keeps char in the glass. This is one high-malt barrel at 120 proof, so the grain and the char of that cask are the pour.
