Made from Blue Weber agave in Jalisco’s Los Altos, this additive-free añejo balances cooked agave and cherry with vanilla, while sweet oak gives the finish a grounded warmth.
At 80 proof (40% ABV), it carries the richness of extended aging without becoming overly forceful. The oak remains connected to the agave rather than covering it. This 750 mL bottle works especially well as a slow neat pour after dinner, though a large cube offers a cooler, softer way to enjoy it.
