From Jalisco, Don Julio Real Extra Añejo Tequila is made from Blue Weber agave and aged 3–5 years in American white oak barrels. That extended rest gives the tequila depth and a polished sense of weight without letting the barrel dominate. Vanilla softens cooked agave, and caramel broadens the palate without tipping it toward excess.
Chocolate adds darker depth, with almond bringing a dry, nutty edge. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), this limited-availability extra añejo has enough strength to hold those richer notes in focus. The 750 mL bottle suits a slow, neat pour, with deep oak defining the finish.
