The V yeast’s delicate fruit sits on both mash bills (B at 35% rye, E at 20%), while OBSK and the old OESV add antique oak and rye depth. Distilled in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Built for a spirit-forward cocktail or a quiet neat pour.
Apricot, vanilla, and caramel lead, with citrus and crème brûlée filling a creamy middle. Antique spiced oak and black tea dry the sweetness; rye spice, leather, and a long, soft finish keep the 13- and 19-year wood from turning tannic.
