That high-rye-plus-herb combination is why mint and spice sit in the grain. Worth keeping around for slow sips and simple cocktails.
Mint and apple open with vanilla and allspice. Bright rye and brown sugar fill the palate; clove and cocoa land on a rich, lasting finish with a light herbal oiliness.
