That Cadboll barley is what the distillery credits for extra creaminess, then 15 years in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks and Scotland's tallest stills keep the spirit silky rather than heavy. Bottled at 86 proof. Pour it as an after-dinner dram.

Orange, honeyed apricot, vanilla candy, toasted almond, and coconut lead. The sip is silky: poached pear, apricot, and lemon with ginger and cinnamon, then a cooling menthol lift. Orange oil, toasty oak, and eucalyptus hang on a long, sweet finish.
