Independent bottler High N’ Wicked released the set cask strength (this bottle 104 proof), non-chill filtered, with no additives. Sit with it neat and let the orchard fruit open.
Red apple, lemon, pear, and pineapple ride a sweet malt-biscuit core, with honey and a confectionary aniseed note. Spice and citrus keep it bright; the finish is lingering and dry, more distillate than heavy oak.
