Caramel, cherry, and burnt sugar lead a full, creamy sip, with dark chocolate, raisin, and sweet tobacco standing out on the palate. Leather and maple sit underneath. The finish is long: toffee, charred oak, cola spice, and a gentle tannin that does not turn bitter.
