Shortbarrel SB Florida Select 75

Shortbarrel SB Florida Select 75 is a single-barrel bourbon chosen for Florida by Green Light Distribution, Shortbarrel's state distributor. One cask from the Atlanta independent bottler's sourced stock, bottled as a Florida Select instead of a house marriage. Years in new charred oak are what you taste as caramel, vanilla, and baking spice with the extra focus of a single barrel. Share it after a long dinner.

Caramel sits at the center, with vanilla and baking spice from the char and a tighter, woodier close than a married blend. This is the Florida market cask Green Light signed off on. The finish stays warm and spiced.
