Blindfold is the white-wine label of The Prisoner Wine Company. This Sonoma County bottling is mostly Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Sémillon from locally farmed fruit. A portion of the blend is fermented in barrel and bâtonnaged before racking and blending with stainless-fermented wine for a fusion of freshness and body. Bottled at 14.5% ABV in a 750 mL bottle.
Serve well chilled with shellfish, goat cheese or green salads.
