Cazcanes No. 9 is an añejo tequila from Jalisco’s Tequila Valley, made with Blue Weber agave. Aged for 18 months in American oak, it brings together cooked agave and vanilla, with dark chocolate adding depth. Pepper and oak shape the finish without obscuring the agave.
Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), it has the strength to stand up in spirit-forward tequila cocktails and can also be served neat or over ice. This certified organic, additive-free tequila offers a direct expression of aged agave character in a 750 mL bottle. Caramelized toffee rounds out the profile with a rich, familiar sweetness.
