Cooked agave and caramel shape the opening of Corralejo 1821 Extra Añejo Tequila, with vanilla adding a soft, rounded sweetness. Made from Blue Weber agave in Guanajuato, it spends 3 years in small American oak barrels, giving the spirit time to develop depth while keeping the agave clearly in view.
Dried fruit brings a darker, concentrated note, followed by cinnamon and a finish of cocoa and oak. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), it has enough presence to sip slowly without overwhelming its sweeter flavors. The 750 mL bottle offers a warm meeting of mature agave character, gentle spice, and barrel influence, with cocoa lingering at the close.
