After 3 years in American whiskey barrels and a Madeira cask finish, the spirit carries cooked agave into a richer register of vanilla and dried fruit. The finishing cask deepens the profile without obscuring the agave at its core.
Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), it has a full, polished presence. This limited-availability release comes in a 750 mL bottle, with a profile shaped as much by its finishing cask as by its extended aging. Toasted oak gives the palate structure, while caramel and Madeira sweetness round the finish and leave a warm, dessert-toned impression.
