High N’ Wicked presents a cask-strength, double-wood single malt Irish whiskey. Dried fruit and raisin shape the palate, with dark chocolate lending depth and vanilla softening the edges. Baking spice and malt remain through the finish. The profile balances deep sweetness against a warm, spiced close.
Maturation begins in ex-bourbon casks and concludes with a Pedro Ximénez sherry finish. At 117.4 proof (58.7% ABV), it is bottled at cask strength, giving the pour firm concentration. Its higher strength leaves room to adjust each serving to taste.
The 2021 release comes in a 750 mL bottle. Pour it in smaller measures and let it settle briefly before deciding whether to temper the proof with ice.
