This is tequila that drinks like an aged spirit first and an agave spirit second. Three years and more in American and European oak have pulled Blue Weber agave from Jalisco into darker territory, where dried fruit and cacao sit close together and cooked agave still runs underneath everything.
The texture is soft and slightly sweet, with vanilla rounding the edges and toasted nuts and oak trailing through the finish. At 80 proof (40% ABV) it stays gentle enough to sip without effort, which is the point of an extra añejo like this one. Cold or room temperature, it holds its shape either way.
A 750 mL bottle for the nights when you want something considered but not ceremonial. Serve it neat in a small tulip glass and skip the shot ritual entirely.
