Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut Champagne 375ml
Green apple and white peach come through the bubbles, while brioche and fresh nuts soften the citrus. Dry and medium-bodied, with a creamy mousse and fresh acidity, it has enough presence for a tulip glass on its own. Lemon peel and gooseberry leave a lightly toasty finish.
Brut Impérial has been Moët & Chandon’s signature non-vintage Champagne since 1869. It is assembled from more than 100 wines from nearly 280 crus across Champagne, with 20–30% reserve wines for maturity and consistency. The blend is typically 30–40% Pinot Noir for body, 30–40% Meunier for suppleness and 20–30% Chardonnay for finesse. Made in the traditional method and finished with a Brut dosage of about 7 g/L, it is bottled at 12% ABV in a 375 mL bottle.
Serve well chilled in a tulip glass, as an aperitif or with oysters and sushi.
