Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin (750 mL) is a dry gin from Germany’s Black Forest. Juniper leads clearly, with citrus bringing brightness to the palate and floral aromas lifting the nose. Peppery spices add a lively accent, while herbs and bitter fruit give the profile a drier, more savory counterpoint.
Matured in earthenware containers and bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV), this gin has enough presence for simple serves as well as mixed drinks. Chill it for a neat pour, or use it in a classic Martini when you want its botanical character to remain central. It also works in a gin and tonic for a longer, more relaxed serve that keeps the juniper and citrus in focus.
