Nicolas Feuillatte Réserve Exclusive Brut Champagne
Dry, fresh and vibrant, with fine, delicate bubbles. This is a light- to medium-bodied Brut Champagne. The nose shows juicy pear, crisp apricot and white fruit, with a hint of spice. The palate is clean and elegant, with orchard fruit, citrus and a touch of brioche from extended lees aging. The acidity is lively, and the finish is fresh and persistent.
Réserve Exclusive Brut is the signature cuvée of Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, the cooperative house based in Chouilly, near Épernay, whose thousands of member growers farm vineyards across the appellation. The blend draws on around 150 crus: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. Made in the traditional method, it ages three to four years on its lees, well beyond the legal minimum, and finishes with a Brut dosage. It is bottled at 12% ABV in a 750 mL bottle.
Ready to drink on release. Serve well chilled with smoked salmon, sautéed prawns or aged Beaufort.
