Matured in American oak barrels, Siembra Alteño Añejo Tequila brings the richness of barrel aging to Blue Weber agave from Arandas, Jalisco. Cooked agave remains clear beneath dark caramel, keeping the profile grounded rather than overly sweet. Dried apricot adds a mellow fruit note and a little brightness.
Black pepper gives the finish a dry, gentle edge that balances the richer flavors. At 80 proof (40% ABV), it has enough presence to sip slowly while remaining approachable. This 750 mL añejo offers a direct combination of roasted agave character, rounded sweetness, soft fruit, and spice. It works well served neat or over a large cube, where the caramel and apricot notes can open gradually without losing the agave at its center.
