This is a warm, coffee-accented reposado. Made with Blue Weber agave in the Highlands of Jalisco, Quintaliza is double-barrel matured in ex-bourbon barrels and barrels seasoned with organic coffee. It is also additive free, keeping the focus squarely on the agave and its distinctive dark-roasted profile.
At 80 proof (40% ABV), roasted coffee and caramelized agave sit side by side, balancing deep roast with mellow sweetness. Earthy undertones keep that sweetness grounded, while bitter chocolate lends a drier edge. Oak adds structure without obscuring the agave, and rich chocolate lingers on the finish. This 750 mL tequila can be poured neat to highlight its coffee character or used when a cocktail calls for darker, bittersweet flavors.
