Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero Papalote Agave
Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero Papalote Agave
Clase Azul presents a Guerrero mezcal made from Papalote agave, with an expressive profile that moves from brightness to quiet depth. Grapefruit brings a crisp, tart, mouthwatering opening, and rosemary adds a fresh, cooling herbal accent. Peanut gives the palate an earthy, rounded turn, adding a savory counterpoint without overtaking the brighter notes around it.
Bottled at 84 proof (42% ABV), it has enough presence to carry those contrasts without allowing any single element to dominate. This limited-availability 750 mL release is best approached neat, where its shifts from bright aromatics to a softly smoky close remain easy to follow. A small pour gives its subtler side room to emerge.
