Eighteen months in Napa Cabernet French oak barrels shape this Jalisco añejo, and the wine barrels leave their mark without taking over. Blue Weber agave stays at the center of it, cooked and sweet, with vanilla and caramel settling in around it.
Dried fruit runs underneath, a little jammy, and the finish turns toward cinnamon and oak before fading out clean. At 80 proof (40% ABV) it drinks easily, soft enough to sip without effort but with enough structure to hold up in a cocktail if that's where you're headed.
It's additive free, so what you taste is the agave and the barrel and nothing else. A straightforward 750 mL bottle for people who want an añejo they can pour on a weeknight rather than save for something.
